      Chitosan (deacetylated) ... 33.2mg
      Chromium (Chromium picolinate) ... 20mcg

      Non-medicinal Ingredients: Support Blend…216 mg (Caprylic acid, Tocophersolan, Sodium hydroxide) Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, delayed release capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum).

      Caution: Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking blood pressure medication. If cramps or diarrhea occurs, reduce the dosage.
