Where do you ship?
We ship to all locations in Canada that are served by Canada Post and internationally.

What shipping methods do you use?
Canada Post is our main and current shipping method. There are three shipping options: Standard/Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority. For purchases $59.99 and over, before tax, standard shipping is free for shipping in Ontario, Canada* (Applicable ONLY to items listed on our online store).

When you go into checkout, your delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight and your location.*

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders require approximately 1-3 business days of processing time (selected, packed and prepared for shipping). Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location.**

How do I track my order?
You will be notified by email as soon as your order has shipped. In your email you will have access to the tracking information for your package.

Shipping Domestic
For Canada wide deliveries: Depending on your delivery address, orders will take approximately 1-7* business days after processing is done at our warehouse. For more information regarding Canada wide deliveries, refer to the following link: Domestic Delivery Information After your order is processed, your credit card will be charged and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at or by logging into your Well Well Well online shop account. All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post.


Orders ONLY in Ontario, Canada with a subtotal of $59.99 or more before tax (Applicable ONLY on items listed on our online shop), qualify for free shipping.* Free shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out. All other shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Items not listed on our website DO NOT qualify for our free shipping promo. Should you require us to deliver or ship items stocked at our store but not listed on our website, please contact us directly by phone or email for shipping and delivery costs. *Please note that size and weight of parcel with affect the costs of the shipment.


International Delivery Information

(Please note -  Small PacketTM International does NOT include tracking, there have been delays in shipping while in transit. If you require your order to arrive without delays, please select  XpresspostTM International, or  Tracked PacketTM International for tracking for faster and reliable shipping times)

The estimated delivery times will vary based on your shipping selection. If you select "Small Packet USA Air" you will NOT be able to track your order.
Please Note - Shipping without tracking will take longer for processing, shipping, and delivery. Please be aware: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, there have been significant delays for "Small Packet USA Air" deliveries.
If you would like your shipment to arrive in a timely manner, please select the tracking option for your shipment.

*Customers located in the NWT, Yukon and some remote areas of Canada may be contacted for additional shipping charges.

The delivery date of your order is contingent on product availability and when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address for the item and the shipping method.

**Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Canada Post. Please note that if there are any shipping delays at our warehouse, we will notify you. Any other shipping delays that occur are at Canada Post's discretion. Please track your order at for the most accurate delivery information.

Orders made after 6 P.M. EST* (Eastern Standard Time) or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. All orders are processed during business hours Eastern Standard Time.

We will not be able to issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our shipping centre in an undamaged and resalable condition.
