Suggested Use:
- To Test Urine: To test, briefly place the pH strip in the urine stream, shake off the excess fluid, and wait 15 seconds to read your pH.
- To Test Saliva: Test before or two hours after eating. Spit saliva into a spoon or cup, dip the pH strip into the fluid, and wait 15 seconds to read your pH.
- Results: Urine is slightly acidic by nature. Try to reach PH of 6.6 to 7. Saliva is reflective of tissue. Try to reach pH of 7 to 7.4. Initially test frequently throughout the day, away from food and drink, to learn about your circadian pH rhythm and to calculate a broader average.
Caution: Replace cap immediately after taking out strip and tighten. Do not touch the test areas. Store in a cool, dry place, For in-vitro use only.
